Google Ads Campaign Pricing
Straightforward, tiered Google Ads management fees based on your monthly ad spend, no confusing packages and no surprise invoices.
Let's Get StartedHow Our Google Ads Pricing Works
Your management fee is based on how much you spend with Google each month, not a flat package that overcharges small accounts or undercharges large ones. As your ad spend grows and your account needs more hands-on optimization, your tier grows with it.
The one-time setup fee applies when we build a new account or campaign structure from scratch. If you already run Google Ads and your account is well-structured, we may waive it after a quick audit. Either way, your ad spend is paid directly to Google and is always separate from your management fee below.
Google Ads Management Fees by Tier
| Tier | Monthly Ad Spend | One-Time Setup Fee | Monthly Management Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | Under $2,000/mo | $250 setup (if applicable) | $400/mo |
| Tier 2 | $2,000 - $7,500/mo | $350 setup (if applicable) | $700/mo |
| Tier 3 | $7,500 - $10,000/mo | $450 setup (if applicable) | $1,000/mo |
| Tier 4 | Over $10,000/mo | $550 setup (if applicable) | 10% of ad spend |
Setup fees are one-time and marked "if applicable" because we waive them for existing accounts that don't need to be rebuilt. Monthly ad spend is billed by Google directly to your card, not to 2Surge.

What Affects Your Google Ads Budget
Ad spend, and the tier that comes with it, depends on more than just your revenue. These are the factors we walk through during your free estimate.
Industry & Competition
Cost-per-click varies widely by industry. A trade with a dozen local competitors bidding on the same Keyword Research terms needs a bigger budget to stay visible than one with little paid competition.
Service Area Size
A single city location needs a smaller budget to dominate its market than a business covering Collin County, Grayson County, or all of North Texas across several campaigns.
Campaign Goals
Lead generation, ecommerce sales, and brand visibility campaigns each convert differently, so the ad spend it takes to hit a meaningful result looks different for each goal.

Google Ads Pricing FAQs
What determines which pricing tier I'm on?
Your tier is based on your average monthly Google Ads spend, the actual budget you invest with Google, not your revenue or company size. We confirm the right tier together during your free estimate.
Is my monthly ad spend included in these fees?
No. The fees above cover our campaign management only. Your ad spend is billed separately by Google directly to you, so you always know exactly where every dollar goes.
When does the one-time setup fee apply?
It applies when we build a new Google Ads account or campaign structure from the ground up. If you're moving an existing, well-organized account to us, we audit it first and often waive the fee.
What's included in the monthly management fee?
At every tier, it covers Keyword Research, ad copywriting, bid and budget management, conversion tracking, and a performance report. Higher tiers add more frequent optimization, audience and remarketing campaigns, and a dedicated strategist.
Can I move to a different tier if my ad spend changes?
Yes. We review your account performance regularly, and if your budget moves into a new tier, up or down, we adjust your management fee to match at your next billing cycle.
