WordPress Maintenance & Support Pricing
Simple monthly plans that keep your site updated, backed up, and secure, priced by how much hands-on support your site actually needs.
Free Project EstimateHow Our WordPress Maintenance & Support Pricing Works
Every plan covers the same core work: WordPress updates, off-site backups, and uptime and security monitoring. What changes as you move up a tier is how much of that work gets real human review, how fast we respond when something goes wrong, and how many hours of hands-on support and development are built in.
Most small-business sites are well covered on our Express or Standard plans. Active WooCommerce stores, high-traffic sites, and businesses that can't afford downtime typically need the faster response times and dedicated dev hours in our Professional or Enterprise plans. We'll help you find the right fit during your free estimate.
WordPress Maintenance & Support Plans

|---|---|---|---|
| Express | $89/mo | Next business day | Best for brochure sites, blogs, and low-traffic sites that just need reliable updates, backups, and monitoring. |
| Standard | $199/mo | Same business day | Best for small business and lead-generation sites that want real human review and monthly content edits. |
| Professional | $499/mo | Under 4 hours | Best for active WooCommerce stores and high-traffic sites that cannot afford downtime. |
| Enterprise | $1,000/mo | Under 1 hour, named engineer | Best for multi-site networks and businesses that need a dedicated account team and a custom SLA. |

What Determines the Right Plan for You
Price isn't just about site size. These are the factors we walk through together during your free estimate.
Site Complexity
A brochure site and an active WooCommerce store don't carry the same risk if something breaks. Stores and high-traffic sites need staging-tested updates, checkout monitoring, and faster recovery, which is why they typically land on our Professional or Enterprise plans.
How Fast You Need a Response
"24/7 monitoring" and "24/7 human support" are not the same thing. Every plan monitors your site around the clock, but how quickly a person responds when something goes wrong, business-hours versus a one-hour SLA with a named engineer, is what separates our tiers.
How Much Hands-On Support You Want
Some businesses just want their site to stay online and secure. Others want a standing block of developer hours for content edits, small builds, and ongoing improvements. The support hours built into each plan scale with that need.

WordPress Maintenance & Support Pricing FAQs
What counts as an "included" support edit or dev hour?
Included support covers small, well-defined tasks: text and image updates, plugin settings, minor style tweaks, and similar quick changes. Custom development like new page builds, custom features, or graphic design falls outside included hours and is quoted separately, we'll always tell you before any extra work begins.
Does "24/7 monitoring" mean someone is watching my site all night?
Your site is monitored by automated tools around the clock for uptime, security, and performance issues. How fast a person responds to what those tools flag depends on your plan's response time, from next-business-day on Express up to a one-hour SLA with a named engineer on Enterprise.
What happens if a WordPress update breaks my site?
On our Standard plan and above, updates are tested on a staging copy of your site before they ever touch your live site, which catches most conflicts before they matter. If something does break, we restore from your daily off-site backup and get your site back online as fast as your plan's response time allows.
Is web hosting included in these plans?
No, these plans cover maintenance and support work, not hosting itself. If you're not already hosted with 2Surge, ask us about bundling hosting with your maintenance plan during your free estimate.
Can I change plans later if my site's needs change?
Yes. If you add WooCommerce, your traffic grows, or you just want more hands-on support, we'll move you to the plan that fits. There's no long-term contract locking you into a tier your site has outgrown.
